on the lst day of May 19 75 , on a judgment entered in the District Court,
Suffolk County, in on action between Valley National Bank of Tong Island

Defendant, on the 2nd- day of June 19:r2
in favor of Valley National Bank of Long Island
and against Eddie and Irene Smith

rtd as appears by the judgment roll filed in the office of the Clerk of the District
Court which said judgment was docketed in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on the 9th day of June 19 72 , and
WhetensIsold execution was directed and delivered to the Sheriff of the County of Suffolk commanding
him to satisfy said judgment out of the real property, among other property, of the judgment debtor; and
Whemos, under the term of the execution, the interest of the judgment debtor in the premises hereinafter
conveyed and described was, per clause one below:

Whereas, the said Sheriff, by virtue of and in obedience to the command of said execution duly sold
�.y at public auction on the 22nd day of July , nineteen hundred and 75 , all the
Cl . estate, right, title and interest which on the 9th day of June , 19 72 , or at any time
thereafter, the Sold judgment debtor had, of, in and to said premises having held the sole of
Riverhead, N.Y. in the said County of Suffolk and
having first given public notice of the time and place of such sole, by advertising, serving and posting
the some ocsording to low, at which sale the said premises were struck off to
for the sum of 150.00 Dollars, 1
being the highest bidder and that being the highest sum bidden for the some.
Whereupon, the Sheriff of Suffolk County after receiving from the said ppurchaser the said sum of money
so bidden as aforesaid, gave to said Juyner Holding Corp. c/o Joseph Rubin, 496
Smithtown By-I Smithtown, N.Y, the proofs of publication, service and
posting of the notice of said sale as directed by the law be given.
Now This Indenture Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, by virtue of the said Execution, and
in pursuance of the act in such case made and provided, and in consideration of the sum of money so
bidden as aforesaid, to him duly paid, Hath sold and by these presents Doth grant and convey unto the
said party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
oil the estate, right, title and interest which the said defendants had on the 9th day of.

or any time afterward, of, in and to All
that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and
known and dedgnated as lot No. five (5) on Map of lots
of Benjamin S. Reeve, John J. Bartlett, Charles Cotton
and Clarence C . Miles of Greenport, Suffolk County,
New York filed June 20, 1892 in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office, and made by Albertson Case, Surveyor, Southold,
New York, The said lot being bounded northerly by
Madison Avenue Fifty (50) feet front; easterly by lot
No. Four (4) as shown on above named map one hundred and
twenty-seven feet; southerly by lands of Thomas F. Price
thirty-five (35) feet; westerly by lands formerly of
Samuel B. Taylor, one hundred twenty-one (121) feet.
Intended to be the premises conveyed to defendants
by Deed recorded February 23, 1968, at Liber 6308, Page
149. Premises known as 527 Madison Avenue, Greenport,
New York.
