BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of the premises hereby conveyed on the
northerly line of a right of way hereinafter mentioned and defined, which line is also
the southerly line of land formerly of Herbert Fordham, and is at a stake in saic!
corner which stake is distant 85. 5 feet westerly on a course of North 680 53' 20"
We West from a Locust post set in the westerly line of land formerly of Inez Fordham,
and
running from said point of beginning westerly along said northerly line of said
right of way North 680 53' 20" West 53 feet to another stake in the northwesterly
corner of lot herein described and the northeasterly corner of lot of land conveyed to
Norma Himer;
running thence southerly along the easterly line of said Himer's land on a
course of South 250 6' 40" West 131. 75 feet to a point and the ordinary high wat?r
of Greenport.Harbor;
running thence in an easterly direction and along Greenport Harbor South, 61i°
23' 10" East a distance of 52. 89 feet to a point being the southeasterly corner of the
lot herein described and the southwesterly corner of a lot of land conveyed to Clara
D. Craig;
running thence in a northerly direction and along the westerly line of said
Craig's land and on a course of North 250 6' 40" East 134.07 feet to the northeaste.,Tiy
corner of the lot herein described and the northwesterly corner of said Craig's 116t'
on the northerly line of said right of way at the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the riparian rights in Greenport Harbor in front of and abutting the
premises hereby conveyed.
