THIS INDENTURE, made the 1st day of October nineteen hundred and seventy-five
BETWEEN GREENPORT SHOPPING PLAZA, a partnership with offices, at
Main Road, Southold, New York
Party of the first part,and JOYCE BRANDT residing at 98 Crescent Drive,
Searingtown, N. Y.

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

lying and being in the Lncorporated Village of Gree
follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Front Street distant
133. 60 feet westerly from the intersection of the northerly side of
Front Street and the westerly side of First Street; running
THENCE south 84 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds west along the
northerly side of Front Street 90. 80 feet to land of Kalbacker;
THENCE north 5 degrees 39 minutes 40 seconds west along said land
of Kalbacker 106 .75 feet to other land of F. L. Barth Estate;
THENCE along said other land of F. L. Barth Estate the following two(2)
courses and distances :
1) In a concrete block partywall through existing building North
84 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds east 90. 70 feet, and
2) South 5 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds east 107 . 30 feet to the
northerly side of Front Street at the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to a first mortgage in the original principal sum of $75,000 .00
and now reduced to $70, 249 .40, which is held by Carl Reiter, Main
Road, Southold, N. Y. and payable. in monthly installments of $832 . 55
until June 7, 1986.
SUBJECT to a purchase money second mortgage this day given by the ,
party of the second part to the party of the first part in the sum
of $40,000.00.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any; of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances Y
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO V
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of ri

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of Si
