Bowden and Eloise Bowden, his wife, both residing at (no #) Westview Drive, Mattituck, New York, formerly residing at 134 Central Avenue, Greenport, New York, party of the first part,and K enneth W. Bowden, residing at (no #) Mayf lower Road, PvlattRuck, New York, iornieriy resiuing aL 134 Central Avenue, Greenport, M New York, C' party of the second part, Witnesseth,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second part,does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: northerly by land now or formerly of Utz; easterly by land of the party of the first part, being simul- taneously conveyed to the party of the second part; southerly by Central Avenue, and westerly by land now or formerly of Giorgi. Said premises being 64 feet front and rear, and 125 feet in depth. ' The easterly 4 feet of the above described premises being and intended to be the westerly 4 feet of those conveyed to the party of the first part by Washing- to n White by deed dated November 7, 1950, recorded January 22, 1951, liber 3176 of conveyances, page 595, in the Suffolk County Clerk's office, and The ~ � 60 feet of the above described premises being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Richard T. Gilmartin, as Commissioner of Public Welfare, to the party of the first part by deed dated September 14, 1945, recorded September 17, 1945, liber 2484 of conveyances, page 33, in said county clerk's office. This is a Correction Deed given to correct an error in the previous deed recorded in liber 6747 at page 347 in said county clerk's office by and between the parties hereto, wherein the "same as" clause referring to the 4 feet was incorrectly described as: The westerly 4 feet of the above described premises being and intended to be the easterly 4 feet of those conveyed*' 74 *by Washing- ton White* k. ", instead of as correctly recited above. Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party"shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
