paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

Inc. , situated in the Town of Southold, Long Island, New York", surveyed
June 28, 1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyle, C.E. and Surveyor, Greenport, New York,
and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, August
16, 1922, File No. 156 and part of lot number 81 described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point set on the easterly line of Nassau Point Road at the
northwesterly corner of said lot and the southwesterly corner of lot number 80;
RUNNING THENCE along the line between said two lots North 780 42' 10" East
286.18 feet to Peconic Bay;
RUNNING THENCE southerly along Peconic Bay 36.94 feet;
RUNNING THENCE southerly 82' 51' 50" West 278. 12 feet to the easterly line
of Nassau Point Road;
RUNNING THENCE northwesterly along said line 18 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
SUBJECT TO the life use and occupancy of said premises by the grantor herein,
JEAN ROBINSON, for her lifetime.
