BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Lilac Road where the same

RUNNING THENCE South 820 00' 10" West along the northerly line of Lot
Number 115, a distance of 216.35 feet to the easterly line of Lot Number 108;
RUNNING THENCE North 50 591 50" West 96 feet along the easterly line
