ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being imxlm at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York
shown on Map entitled "Map of Fleetwood Cove at Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York",
and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 7/1/1938, as
Map No. 1263 Abstract No. 1278 and being more particularly designated as Lot 15
and part of Lot 14 on said Map, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument marking the southerly line of Stillwater
Avenue and the easterly line of Fleet's Neck Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly line of Stillwater Avenue North
550 15' East 150 feet to land now or formerly of Lyons;
RUNNING THENCE along said land South 340 45' East 75 feet more
or less to Eugene's Creek;
RUNNING THENCE in a westerly and then a southerly direction along
Eugene's Creek 45 feet more or less to land now or formerly of
Camcro;
RUNNING THENCE along said land two courses and distances as follows:
1. North 880 54' 30" West 90 feet more or less, and
2. South 570 45' West 55 feet to the easterly line of Fleet's
Neck Road;
RUNNING THENCE along said line North 320 15' West 50 feet to a
monument and the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, which
the party of the first part has in and to Eugene Creek, lying in front of and
adjacent to said premises.
SUBJECT TO the life, use of the premises by the party of the first
part, MATILDA BURROWS.
