TOGETHER with a right of way with others from the easterly direction of the above-deseribed premises over a 2 rod road as laid om on the above-described map, which road runs from Indian Neck Road to the high water mark of Little Pcconic Bay. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part in deed dated July 29, 1991, and recorded September 16, 1991 in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber ! 1334, Page 374.
