WITNESSETH, that thc party of thc i'u-st pan: in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party oftbe second part forever.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Pcconic, Town of Southold. County of Suffolk, and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot 6 and the southerly part of lot 4, on a certain map
entided, "Map of Indian Neck P~rk,' and filed in the Oi~fice of the Clerk ofthe County 0f Suffolk
on May 27, 1913, as Map No. 551.
TOGETHER with a right of way with others from the easterly direction of the above-deseribed
premises over a 2 rod road as laid om on the above-described map, which road runs from Indian
Neck Road to the high water mark of Little Pcconic Bay.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part in
deed dated July 29, 1991, and recorded September 16, 1991 in the Office of the Suffolk County
Clerk in Liber ! 1334, Page 374.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to an)'
streets and roads abutting the abovc dcscribcd premises to thc center lines thereo£; TOGETHER
with thc appurtenances and all the eslate and fights of the party of the first ~ in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, thc heirs or successors and assigns of the pafly ofthe second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby thc said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the pa~y of the first patl, in coml~lian~e with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenanls that
the pa~y of the first pm't will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right
to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first tbr the purpose of paying the cosl
of thc improvemenl and will apply the same firsl to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total ofthe same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requites.
