SCHEDULE "N' DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at
Bayview, Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the eastody line of a private mad
known as Koke Ddve, distant South 25 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West a
distance of 240 feet from the intersection of the said oastedy line of Koke Drive
with the southerly line of Main Bayvlew Road, which said point of beginning is
the northwesterly corner of the premises described herein and also the
southwesterly comer of land formerly of Anderson and now of Greene;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning South 64 degrees 03 minutes
10 seconds E;ist a distance of 103 feet along said last mentioned land to a
concrete monument;
RUNNING THENCE South 25 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West a distance
of 125 feet along land of Frederick C. Koke and Nexander W. Koke;
RUNNING THENCE North 64 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds West a distance
of 103 feat still along land of Frederick C. Koke and Alexander W, Koke to a
point on the said easterly line of Koke Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along the said easterly line of Koke Drive North 25 degrees
58 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 125 feat to the concrete monument
et the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way, in common with others, 30 feet in width
running from Main Bayview Road to Corey Creek, and further described as
follows:
The easterly line begins at a concrete monument on the southerly side of Main
Bayview Road st the northweatedy comer of land formerly of Anderson and
now of Greene;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Greene and land of Frederick C. Koke
and Nexander W. Koke, two courses and distances:
1) South 25 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West 698.13 feet; THENCE
2) Sou~h 37 degreas 04 minutes 50 seconds West 200 feet, more or less, to
Corey Creek. The westerly line being 30 feat westerly thereof as measured
at right angles to the said easterly line. -.
ALSO with a right of way 30 feet in width and then 50 feet in width starting
approximately 125 feat southerly of the southwesterly comer of the premises
described herein, running northwesterly about 620 feet and then northeasterly
about 357 feet to the southerly side of Main Bayview Road.
