New Features
1. When generating you can now select which versions of the agenda and minutes you
would like published on the website ... Full, Public, Both. When you click Generate
the generate form has a new dropdown next to the Publish to Web option.
2. The Web Portal allows you to set a link on the logo that can bring the users to your
municipal website. The link can be set under: Tools >> Settings >> Website.
3. Agenda & Minutes Outlining Improvements - Do Not Number option was added on
agenda items for continuous numbering. If the item or any of the parents use this
then the appendix does NOT have the FULL number 1.1.1. If a section has any items
then we use numeric numbering ... if all sections then we use ABC...
4. Agenda & Minutes Outlining Format was added to give the ability to manually set the
format (Roman Numeral, Alpha, Number) on any section to accommodate those
things where automatic numbering isn't working right. This only works for sub items
and does not work on root sections which still must be roman numerals.
Enhancements
1. Letters that go out through the letter factory for Legal Notices can now have most
Resolution Merge fields within those letters that the legal notice is linked to.
2. A Global option was added that allows you to choose if the Minutes are actually
inserted into an Agenda appendix when the minutes are being accepted. This option
can be found under Tools >> Settings >> Minutes.
3. Added Comments field to Resolution screen. This field is also text searchable and has
a merge field {ResComments} that can go into printouts, agenda & minutes.
4. Added a user-definable text field to Legislative File Types that appears at the top of
the screen and can be searched. This field is text searchable and also has a merge
field {ResUserTextl} and has a counter part merge field for the label which is
{ResUserTextlLabel} .
Obsolete
1. The Public Template for Legislative File Types has been removed ... this is a setup for
when we start saving the printouts to the database for linked agendas.
Bug Fixes
1. Sorting by Document # (Resolution #, Ordinance #, etc) on the Search screen,
agenda wizard and minutes makers was improperly sorting (by text) and now it sorts
correctly.
