Bulletin 5.... Bulletin 5.... Bulletin 5.... Tech Specs.d... «MediaTraq Encoder Tech Specs.doc>> Betty & Lloyd, Last nights meeting was successful. The entire encoding, uploading & minutes process took a little over 3 hours. I would like to see you guys using a dedicated PC for MediaTraq so I am sending the recommended specs for such a PC. We will work with whatever you give me but we need it to be reliable. An added benefit of having a separate PC would be that you could hook it up to the camera equipment during the meeting so that as it ended the encoding would be done and essentially cut your wait time down by 60% as well as remove any dependency on someone starting the VCR/Encoder and union issues. Also, as requested I am sending the release bulletins for previous version releases. Betty, I just wanted to let you know about the VCR that I purchased was about $140 with tax. I can return it if you want but I would suggest that you keep it as a backup for encoding other events / tapes or in the event a live encoding fails for some reason. Please let me know if I can invoice for this expense or what you want me to do. Thanks for making this happen. Now we just need to make this automatic. Talk to you soon.
