ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in the To.wn
of Southold, Long Island, New York. more particularly known and designated as
and by the Lots N.o. 308, 309 and 310, on a certain map entitled, "Map of Goose
Bay Estates", in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, said Map
being made by Lewis N Waters, L.S. of Oyster Bay, Long Island, New York dated
September 12, 1934, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on the 13th day of November, 1934, as and by the Map No. 1176 (Abstract No.
1197) which lots when taken together as one parcel are bounded and described

BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Oak Avenue at the division
