NY and filed in the Office of the Clerk of thc County of Suffolk on November 22, 1948 as and
by file 1663, bound~ and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on thc easterly line of Main Bayvicw Road, which point is North 51
degrees 00 minutes West, a distance of 75.00 feet from the comer formed by the intersection of
the northerly line of Smith Drive North with the easterly line of Main Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly line of Main Bayview Road, North 51 degrees 00
minutes West, n distance of 81.08 feet to a point marked by a monument and land now or
formerly of George M. Tisdalc;
THENCE North 41 degrees 25 minutes East, a distance of 129.34 feet;
THENCE North 40 degrees 45 minutes East, a dislance of 20.79 fcc't;

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by

TOGETHER with all fight,, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereo£; TOGETHER
