No nuisances and noises of any kind, unwholesome and offensive to thc neighborhood, shall be permitted to exist on said premises, nor shall nay accumulation of rubbish, garbog=, junk or materials of any kind be permitted to remain on said premises. No advcrtising signs, billboards or other sign devices shall be permitted on said premises, excepting a devalopcr's sign or a "FOR SALE" and "FOR RENT" sign of reasonable dimensions. Owners shall cut thc grass and keep thc appearance of thc premises in accordance with thc standard of thc community. No hedge or fcncc shall bc allowed to be constructed over five (5} feet in height. 7. No fowl, poultry, animals or livestock shall b¢ kept on said promises, except domestic household pets. 8. There shall bc no outside tuilcts or outhouses erected upon said premises. An adequate septic tank or cesspool shall be erected and maintained to take cam of thc sewage disposal. 9.
