by lands now or formerly of Evelyn Capon and others. 166 feet; and on the West by land now or
formerly of The Estate of Michael coyna, 100 feet.
SAID premises being commonly known as 187 Fifth Street. Greenport, New York.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as those conveyed to the grantor herein by deed
dated July 2. 2004 and recorded in the Suffolk county Clerk's Office on August 11. 2004 in Uber
12336 at page 630.
TOGETHER with all right, title and Interest, if any. of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with lite appurtenances and .11
