BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Elsie A. Hawkins to 'Henry Tasker, the party of the first part herein, and Madeline I. 'Tasker, now deceased, by deed dated March 31, 1945 and recorded in the Suffolk County ' Clerk's Office on April 2, 1945 in Liber 2430 of deeds at page 175.. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Henry Tasker to Henry Tasker, the party of the first part herein, and Madeline Tasker, now deceased, by deed dated February 13, 1963 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 20, 1963 in Liber 5349 of deeds at page 211. SUBJECT HOWEVER to the right of JOHN TASKER, residing at 944 Park ' Avenue, New York. New York, to use and occupy the foregoing premises in common with Arthur M. Tasker for and during the lifetime of John Tasker, p , UPON CONDITION that he, John Tasker contributes equally to all of the expenses of maintaining said premises, including by way of description and not by way of limitation, all taxes, repairs, insurance premiums and utilities. Upon his failure or refusal to so do within sixty (60) days after demand in writing the estate and all rights herein granted shall terminate.
