along said division line a distance of 150.00 feet to a point;

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Arthur J.
Pollock and Dorothea Pollock, his wife, by deed dated November
1961 from Joseph Gray and Bertha Helen Gray, his wife, and rec�rded
on December 19 , 1961 in Liber 5099 cp 113 AND by deed dated
December 14 1961 from Pauline Case , and recorded on December 19

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premise, herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
