TOGETHER with a Right of Way to pass and re-pass to and from the premises hereby conveyed over lands of Olive Downs Erickson on the west, which other land is known and designated as Lot 6 on said Map above referred to, Sixth Street, which said Right of Way shall be 10 feet wide and shall be along the northerly side of Lot 6 and shall be for the use of the owner of the premises hereby conveyed her heirs and assigns, guests and all other persons who may be lawfully entitled to use all or any part of the premises hereby conveyed.
