bounded and described as follows:
COYZ ENCING at the southeast corner of the premises about to be conveyed at a
concrete monument, and running thence in a westerly direction, along the
northerly side of Lot 6, on a certain map entitled, "Plan of Lots on Fifth
Street, Sixth Street and Peconic Bay, Greenport, Suffolk County New York, be-
longing to Gerrard S. Johnson, Charles M. Bateman, C.E. May 1905", filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, a distance of 71.08 feet to
a stake and land now or formerly of Qlive Downs Erickson, and this day con-
veyed to Elsie M. Downs;
THENCE RUNNING in a Northerly direction along said land this day conveyed in
Elsie M. Downs, a distance of 50 feet to a stake and;
THENCE continuing in the same direction, a distance of 20 feet to a stake,
and land this day conveyed in Olive Downs Erickson;
THENCE RUNNING in an Easterly direction, along land this day conveyed, to
Olive Downs Erickson, a distance of 71.08 feet to a stake;
THENCE RUNNING in a Southerly direction a distance of 70 feet to a concrete
monument, the point or place of beginning.
SUBJECT, however to a Right of Way 10 feet wide along the Westerly side of
the premises hereby conveyed to a RiF#it of Way, which lands to Sixth Street
across lot 6 on said map, and which Right of Way is Contained in the deed
from the parties of the first part to Olive Downs Erickson, bearing even date
herewith.
TOGETHER with a Right of Way to pass and re-pass to and from the premises
hereby conveyed over lands of Olive Downs Erickson on the west, which other
land is known and designated as Lot 6 on said Map above referred to, Sixth
Street, which said Right of Way shall be 10 feet wide and shall be along the
northerly side of Lot 6 and shall be for the use of the owner of the premises
hereby conveyed her heirs and assigns, guests and all other persons who may
be lawfully entitled to use all or any part of the premises hereby conveyed.
Being the same premises as conveyed to Bertha Downs Ackland by deed dated
June 14, 1934, recorded July 7, 1934 in Liber 1770 CP 495.
