of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Wiggins Street
distant one hundred twenty-three feet five and one-half inches (123'
5 1/2") westerly from the intersection of the westerly side of Fifth
Street with the northerly side of Wiggins Street, and running thence

TOGETHER with the right and privilege of using the extension
of the sewer and water pipes on the premises hereby described over
etkax land formerly of Graber and land formerly Louise Jennings
on the east to Fifth Street.
Said premises being and intended to be the same premises con-
veyed by William A. Graber and Nellie Graber, his wife, to Robert
Nugent and Mary Nugent, his wife, by Deed dated November 2, 1921,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 14,
1921in Liber 1031 .of Deeds at page 527. The said Mary Nugent hav-
ing died on November 14, 1952, survive¢ by her husband, Robert
Nugent (also known as Robert Y. Nugent)' having died on August 7,
1961, a resident of Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, and leaving
a Last Will and Testament dated March 30, 1953, duly probated in
the Suffolk County Surrogate' s Court, and the parties of the first
part herein, Helen N. Granger, George H. Nugent and Robert F. Nugent,
being the samn persons described ap Helen Nugent, George Nugent and
Robert F. Nugent, Jr, in Paragraph "THIRD" of said Will.
