BETWEEN the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK, a municipal corporation of the
State of New York, having its principal office at the Suffolk
County Center, Center Drive, Riverhead, New York 11901, party of
the first part,
AND S. MOIN HASAN & 'AMER S. HASAN, Tenants in Common, 1780
Jasan Ave. , Valley Stream, NY 11580-2432, party of the second
part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, pursuant to
Resolution Number 558-1992 adopted by the Suffolk County
Legislature on August 18, 1992 and, thereafter, approved by the
County Executive on August 25, 1992 in consideration of ten
dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of
the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party
of the second part forever,
DISTRICT ALL, that certain plot, piece or parcel of land With any
1000 buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and

LOT TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the

of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party
of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
party of the second part forever.
SUBJECT to all covenants, restrictions and easements of
record, if any.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13
of. the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will
hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose.
THE WORD "PARTY" shall be construed as if it read "parties"
whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly
executed this deed the day and year first above written.

Introduced by the Presiding Officer at the request of the County Executive
RESOLUTION NO. 558 - 1992, AUTHORIZING THE
SALE BY AUCTION OF TAX ACQUIRED REAL PROPERTY
PURSUANT TO LOCAL LAW 13-1976
WHEREAS, in accordance with Suffolk County Local Law 13-1976, provi-
sion is made for disposition by Auction of certain County-owned tax acquired
real property which is surplus to the needs of said County; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 9 of said Local Law the Department of
Law, Division of Real Estate on June 22 and June 23, 1992, offered at auction
certain parcels at the minimum upset price set opposite their tax map
designation and accepted the highest bid for such parcel set next to said
respective upset prices as shown on listing annexed hereto and made a part
hereof as Exhibit A.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11 of said Local Law 13-1976, the Depart-
ment of Law, Division of Real Estate is authorized to seal and deliver, by a
Bargain and Sale Deed, without covenants, any deeds which are the subject
matter of said Local Law, subject to Legislative approval; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Law, Division of Real Estate requests
authority to execute a Bargain and Sale Deed, without Covenants, on the said
designated parcels to the successful bidder thereon; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the said described parcels are surplus to the needs of
Suffolk County; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Director of the Department of Law, Division of Real
Estate, Department of Law be and he hereby is authorized to execute and
deliver a Bargain and Sale Deed, without Covenants, to each of the listed
successful bidders for the tax map parcel set opposite their names, for the
bid price set opposite their names, plus or minus usual closing adjustments.
