MENKES, residing at 1980 S. Ocean Drive, City of Hallandale, Florida, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part by virtue of the power and authority given in and by the Last Will and Testament of Harry Menkes, which Will was duly probated in the Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida, Probate Division, on the 8th day of December, 1978 , File No. 78-5115 , and ancillary probate of said Will and Letters issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate' s Court, County of Suffolk, State of New York, on the 6th day of May 1980, an exemplified copy of which \ Will has this date been recorded in the County Clerk' s Office of ^J Suffolk County, New York, by which Will the premises hereinafter described were devised to the party of the second part, and in consideration of One ($1. 00) Dollar paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, her distributees, heirs, successors and assigns forever, the \ following described premises: That certain lot, piece or parcel of .land with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate and lying in and being in the incorporated Village of Greenport, town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, known and designated on the Suffolk County tax map as Section 1001, District 07 , Block 02 , Lots 8 and 9, and generally described as follows : Bounded on the East by Fifth Street, on the South by Clark Street, on theWest by land of TAsker, and the North by land of O' Leary. As. described in Deed dated November 11 , 1960, from Hazel McLeod: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Fifth Street, where the same is intersected by the northerly line of Clark Street, and running thence in a Northerly direction along the westerly sidejbf Fifth Street, a distance of 100 feet to a point; running thence in a westerly direction along the southerly line of land of Riley, a distance of 100 feet to a point; running thence in a southerly direction along other land now or formerly of the party of the first part, and on a line parallel with the said westerly line of Fifth Street, a distance of 100 feet to a point on the northerly line of Clark Street; running thence in an easterly direction along the northerly line of Clark Street, a distance of 100 feet to the point or place of beginning.
