All that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and

of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Main Street marking the northwesterly
t corner of the land now or formerly of S. T. Preston and running thence in a
Wt northerly direction, along the easterly side of Main Street, for a distance of
about 28 feet and land of Robert White; thence easterly along tl�e southerly line
of land of White about 83 feet to land now or formerly of Smith Meal Company;
3 / thence in a southerly direction along the westerly line of land of Smith Meal
Company about 28 feet to land of Preston; thence in a westerly direction along
the northerly line of land of Preston about 83 feet to the easterly side of Main
Street at the point or place of beginning.
Together with a right of way for the purpose of ingress and egress along the
northerly and easterly sides of the adjacent land of White adjoining the premises
on the north.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed t o the party of the first
part by The Little Local Company, Inc. , by a deed dated December 31st, 1977,
and recorded in the office of the clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 8450 of deeds
at page 154 on the 23rd day of June, 1978.

And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the

And the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the rightto receive such consideration as a trust fund

of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
