This Indenture, made the 3rd day of July nineteen hundred and eighty-four,
Between CLISANT 0 ALMESTICA and ROSANNE ALMESTICA, his wife,
residing at 311 Sixth Street, Greenport, New York,

Witnesseth,that the party of the first part,inconsideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part,does hereby gi ant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon etected,situate,lying and
being in the incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
DIST and State of New York, known and designated on a certain map entitled "Map of
1001 Wiggins Estate" and dated May 19, 1853, signed by J. Wickham Case, Nathaniel
Corwin and Sidney L. Griffin, Commissioners in Partition and filed in the office
SECTION of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk In miscellaneous maps, Volume 4, page 1 as
007. 00 and by Lots Numbered 174 and 175, and being bounded and described as follows:
BLOCK BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
01. 00 Linnett Street and the westerly side of Sixth Street;
LOT running thence along the westerly side of Sixth Street South 7' 181 40" West
001. 000 100 feet to Lot No. 176;
running thence along the division line between Lot No. 175 and Lot No. 176-North
820 411 20" West 170. 92 feet to Lot No. 46 and the westerly boundary of the incor-
porated Village of Greenport;
running thence North 60 581 30" East 102. 01 feet along last said land to the
southerly side of Linnett Street;
running thence South 82' 001 50" East 171. 55 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by the parties of the first part
by Karl Axelson and Janina Axelson, his wife by deed dated November 4, 1971 and
recorded on November 10, 1971 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber
r 7044 of Deeds at page 156.

Together with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said ptrniscs have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to he applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
