Lot Number 145 owned by John Corazzini, easterly partly by Lot
Number 94 and partly by Lot Number 95 as designated on said map,
southerly by Lot Number 143, as shoran on said map, formerly of
Dominick Deduck, and westerly by Sixth Street, said premises being
50 feet wide by 165 feet deep, more or less.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed from Robert J. Bartlett dated October 14, 1946
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 24, 1946
in Liber 2640 page 138.
