by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs, or
successors and assigns for the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, bounded as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Second Street where the
same is intersected by the southerly side of premises described herein
and land now or formerly of Smith; running thence north 6 degrees 47
minutes 00 seconds west along the easterly side of Second Street 50.00
feet to land now or formerly of Morton; thence alon said last mentionec
land the following two (2) courses and distances: k1) north 83 degrees
06 minutes 00 seconds east 150.05 feet; (2) south 6 degrees 48 minutes
00 seconds east 50.00 feet to land now or formerly of Smith aforementior
thence south 83 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds west along said last-
mentioned land 150.07 feet to the easterly side of Second Street to the
point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same. premises conveyed to the party of the
first part herein by deed from 620 Second Street Inc., recorded in Libel
9279 ep.134.
Subject to a purchase money mortgage in the amount of $18,000.00 which
mortgage was executed and delivered by the party of the second part to
the party of the first part as security for a portion of the purchase
price and which said mortgage is intended to be recorded simultaneously
herewith.
Subject also to a mortgage in the principal sum of $28,250.00 made by
620 Second Street Inc. td Janet B. Grathwohl, dated June 29, 1979 and
recorded July 10, 1979 in Liber 8495 mp.41 now reduced to $27,100.20.
