Mattituck, New York, and MICHAEL JOSEPH SAVAGE, residing at 1265 Ryder Lane, Orient,
New York, as tenants in common
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10. 00)--------------

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of,
in and to such portion of Monsell Place and Sterling Place, as adjoins said premises to
the center line thereof.
Said premises being 44 feet, more or less, in width by 102 feet, more or less in depth.
RESERVING, however, unto the party of the First part a life estate in said premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated March 3, 1961, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on March 7, 1961 in Liber 4956 of deeds at page 375.
