Creek in front of the premises hereby conveyed whic# were granted
to Sidney P. Rackett by the People of the State of New York and all

Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 5, 1938, in Tiber 1991 of
deeds, page 261, running from Ludlam Place to the Village of
Greenport pumping station adjacent to the premises.
SUBJECT TO a right of way conveyed by John W. Wilson and Benjamin
F. Gaffga by deed dated May 22, 1942, and recorded,in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on May 27, 1942 in Liber 22314 of deeds,
page 328, said right of way running from Ludlam Place to the rear
