BEING THE SAME PREMISES conveyed to the party of the first part herein
by deed by Leonard Nezin & Marjorie Nezin, his wife, dated August 25,191
which has been recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August
1981 in Liber 9061 of Deeds at Page 548. Said premises being known as
and by street number 528 First Street, Greenport, New York.
MARILYN C. LEIBMAN, one of the parties of the first part herein, and
MARILYN C. LEIBMIN, party of the second part herein, is one and the
same persons.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first ,tart, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the partiv of
the first part will receive the con,ideraticn fjr this conveyar.`e and will hold the right to receivc sud. srs:r
ation as a trust fund to be applied firbt 1,.r tht purpose of paying the costs of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
AND the party of the first part covenants as follows: that said party of the first part is seized of the said
premises in fee simple, and has good right to convey the same; that the party of the second part shall quietly
enjoy the said premises; that the said premises are free from incumbrances, except as aforesaid; that the
l+arty of the first part will exeute or pn cure any further necessary assurance of the title to said premises; and
that said party of the first part will forcver warrant the title to said premises.
The word "party" shall be cpnstrued as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
