WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,situate,
lying and being ixAkm at Greenport, in the Town of Southold, county of Suffolk and State
of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Sterling Street at the south-
westerly corner of the premises, said point or place of beginning being the south-
easterly corner of land now or formerly of Hilbrand and Zovko, and also being
distant 614 feet more or less measured southeasterly along the northeasterly side
of Sterling Street from the corner formed by the intersection of the northeasterly
side of Sterling Street with the southeasterly side of Main Street;
running thence North 25 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds East along land now or former
of Hilbrand and Zovko 62.79 feet to Sterling Basin and the northerly edge of a
bulkhead;
thence South 53 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds East along Sterling Basin and the
northerly side of said bulkhead 26.73 feet to land now or formerly of Preston and
King;
thence South 50 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds West along last mentioned land 24.32
feet;
thence South 25 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds West still along last mentioned land
35.40 feet to the northeasterly side of Sterling Street;
thence North 64 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds West along the northeasterly side of
Sterling Street 16 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed from William H. Price dated 10-31-55 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on 11-1-55 in Liber 4007 page 283.
TOGETIIER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
MOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND tht party -of -the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Taw, covenants that the party of
the%flrsCpart will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-

The word ..party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
