SHIRLEY B. DE PAOLO, 46 Skyline Drive, Southington, Connecticut

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, to whom Anci 11 ary letters
testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on January 19, 1983 and by virtue of the power and authority given in. and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article I I of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of NO

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
All. that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a locust stake set in the ground on the Northerly side of Sterling
Street adjoining land formerly of J. Wesley Ketcham and wife, and now or formerly of
David W. Webb, said stake being distant one hundred and twelve hundredths (100.12) fe
Westerly from land belonging to the estate of Samuel Salata, deceased, and running
thence North twenty-one (21) degrees, no (00) minutes East along the Easterly line
of land of said David W. Webb and land or J. Wesley Ketcham and wife two hundred
forty-one and forty-four hundredths (241.44) feet to a locust stake; thence, on a cou

Wesley Ketcham and wife to Stirling Creek; thence along Stirling Creek to land now or
formerly of Ernest J. Rogerrs; thence along the Westerly line of land now or formerly
of said Ernest J. Rogers South twenty-one (21) degrees, zero (00) minutes West two
hundred forty (2 40) feet to a locust stake on the northerly side of said Stirling
Creek distant fifty (50) feet Westerly from the Westerly line of land belonging to
the Estate of Samuel Salata, deceased, and thence Westerly along the northerly side
of said Sterling Street fifty and twelve hundredths (50.12) feet to the point and
place of beginning.
TAX MAP TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first pari
