LOT This conveyance has been made with the consent of the holders of all
outstanding shares of the corporation entitled to vote thereon obtained
024.000 at a meeting duly called and in pursuance of a resolution passed
unanimously at said meeting, all stockholders and directors being presen
that the said corporation be liquidated and all assets be distributed
to the stockholders in liquidation.
Subject to a mortgage in the amount of $28, 250.00 dated June 29, 1979
made by 620 Second Street, Inc. to Janet B. Grathwohl and recorded
July 10, 1979 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part herein by deed recorded in Liber 8655 ep. 170.
