DAMIANI, residing at 775 Sunset Lane,Greenport,New York 11941 GEORGIA K. YOUNG, residing at 543 Second Street,Greenport,New York 1192 of the second part, 'WI kSSETH, that the party of the first part, to whom letters t amentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York n April 26, 19I;2 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Iaw, and in consideration of ONE($1.00)------------------------------------------------- dollars, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffo and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point ori the easterly side of Second Street Seventy-fiv (75) feet south of the intersection of the easterly side of Second Street with the southerly side of Broad Street and being at the south- west corner of lands of Charles and Jessie Howell; running thence easterly along the southerly line of said last mentioned land Seventy (70) feet more or less to land of Dora Wiggins; thence southerly along the westerly line of last mentioned land Twenty-five (25) feet more or less to the southwest corner thereof; thence easterly along the sou- therly line of said last mentioned land Eighty (80) feet more or less co land of Hattie Ogle; thence southerly along the westerly.line of said last mentioned land Sixty (60) feet more or less to the northeast corner of land of George Macomber; thence westerly along the northerly line of last mentioned land One hundred fifty (150) feet more or less to the easterly line or side of Second Street; thence northerly along the easterly line or side of Second Street Eighty-five (85) feet to the point or place of beginning. Being and intended to be the premises of which Henry Klipp died seizes and possessed and which passed to said Harry Klipp and Norman E. Klipj under the Last Will and Testament of said Henry Klipp. Less any of the above premises on the south side heretofore conveydd to George Macomber. This deed is given pursuant to Paragraph Third of the Last Will and Testament of Norman E. Klipp, deceased, whose Will was probated in Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York, under File No.647P.1982, subject to the life estate of Marguerite B. Klipp as set forth in Paragraph Second of the aforementioned Will. Also, being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Noonan E Klipp by deed dated July 6, 1925 and recorded in Liber 1141 of Deeds page 252 on July 8, 1925. ARTHUR J.
