WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, ~vith the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
endbeing~ at Bay View, in the Town Of Southold, County of Suffolk and Stat.e of
New York, being more particularly bounded and described on Schedule "A" attached
hereto and made a part: hereof;
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Anthony J. Gazzola and
Solveig Gazzola by deed from Julius Zeroski dated 9/14/63 and recorded 1/17/64
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 5484 Cp 91, and the same premises
set forth in Deed dated 12/28/72.~ade by Anthony J Gazzola to Anthony J. Gazzola,
Anthony J. Gazzola Jr,, Robert Gazzola and Cheryl Hansen, being recorded in the
office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 7316 Cp 279; and deed dated 6/30/75
made by Anthony J. Gazzola, AntRony J. Gazzola, Sr., Robert Gazzola and Cheryl
Hansen to Anthony J. Gazzola, Jr., Robert Gazzola and Cheryl Hansen, the
description in said last two deeds being incomplete.
TOGETHER with all right, title and/nterest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abu~ng the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first par~ in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the lust part covenants that the party of the in'st part has not done or. suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
