QUIT DEED :l
THIS INDENTURE, made the �- day of 1983
BETWEEN the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK, a municipa corporation
of the State of New York, having its principal office at the
Suffolk County Center, Center Drive, Riverhead, New York 11901,
party of the first part,
AND ELAINE, C. ERHARDT, 242 Fifth Avenue, Greenport, New
York 11944, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part pursuant to
Resolution Number 687-1983 adopted by the Suffolk County
Legislature on August 23, 1983 and thereafter, approved by the
County Executive on August 26, 198A, in consideration of ten
dollars paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise,
release, and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever;
ALL, that certain pplot, piece or parcel of land with
any buildings and im rovements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, and acquired by Tax Deed on February 10, 1981, from
Jean H. Tuthill, the County Treasurer of Suffolk County,
New York, and recorded on February 11, 1981, in Liber
8959, at Page 374 on page 376, and otherwise known as and b
Incorpporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, Sch. Dist.

W -5th Ave,
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads,
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
SUBJECT to all covenants, restrictions and easements of
record, if any.
AND the partyy of the first part, in compliance with Section
13 of the Lien T,aw, hereby covenants that the party.of the:.,First
art will receive the consideration for this conveyance "'and will
hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
i be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose.

THE WORD "PARTY" shall be construed as if it read "parties"
whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
