107.25 feet to the easterly side of Fifth Avenue;
THENCE North 140 49' DO" East along the easterly side of Fifth
Avenue. 100 feet to the corner, at the point or place of beginning.
Being and inteneed to be the same premises conveyed on September
2, 1924 by paulina H. Detzel to Edward S. Copin by a deed recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber !l090f deeds at page 93 on September
4, 1924 and of which the said Edward S. Copin died seized and possessed on
September 29, 1983.
