THOMAS CLARK and JOSEPHINE CLARK, his wife, both residing at

WITNESSETH, that the patty of the first'Art, in consideration 0 ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Village of Greenport, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the westerly side of First Street
distant 106.25 feet northerly as measured along the said westerly side of
First Street from the corner formed by the intersection of the said westerly
side of First Street and the northerly side of North Street, which said monumen
also marks the point where the southerly line of the premises herein and the not
ly line of the land of Glickman intersects the said westerly side of First St.;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly line of the land of Glickman, land of
Tasker and land of Clark South 83° 131 30" West 150.22 feet to a concrete
monument in the easterlyline of the land of Grelli;
RUNNING THENCE along land of Grelli, land of Pyne, and the land of
Boergesson North 6. 471 50" West 50.00 feet to a concrete monument and
other land of Boergesson;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly line of land of Boergesson North
83" 131 30" East -150.21 feet to a'concrete monument on the westerly line
of First Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of First Street South 6° 481 40"
East 50.0 feet to the concrete monument, the point or place of BEGINNING.

SUBJEPT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and to
covenants, restrictions easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning
regulations of record if any.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the,cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the sane for
any other purpose.
The word "party' shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
