BEGINNING at a point in the easterly side of Second Street where
the same is intersected by the division line between the premises
herein described and land now or formerly of C. Baker. which
said point is distant 121..-65 feet northerly from the concrete
monument set at the corner formed by the intersection of the
easterly side of Second Street with the northerly side of South Street;
RUNNING THENCE North 6 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West along
the easterly side of Second Street, 100.54 feet to land
now or formerly of Doroski;
THENCE North 82 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East along the said
last.mentioned land 110.69 feet to land now or formerly of

on a certain map entitled "Map of Greenport Village" and filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 8/10/1838 as Map No. 9.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by Valerie Zambriski Janlewicz, by deed dated
June 26. 1974 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on July 1, 1974 in Liber 7666 Page 254
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first ppaart of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TO NHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rigbts of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises ierein granted unto the party of the second pat, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first pat, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for thepurose of paying the Dost of the improvement and rriH
