fourths undivided interest in the following described property, both
residing at 10 Peat Hole Lane, Bellport, New York 11713; and WILLIAM

property, residing at 10 Peat Hole Lane, Bellport, New York 11713;

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration. of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
