Burden, Jr. and Margaret Ann Burden, his wife, recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 8213, Page 560, and by them conveyed to Walter H. Burden, III and Jean J. Burden, his wife, recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 8709, Page 453.
