his wife, both residing at 308 Flint Street, Greenport, New York

W I I'NESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, picce or parcel of land, with the buildin s and !in rovements thereo a ecce sit t e,
lying and being in the incorporated Village of KeenpKt, Town or Stout o� ,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set at the corner formed by the intersection
of the easterly side of Fourth Street with the northerly side of
Flint Street, running thence north 7 degrees, 17 minutes, 30 seconds
ed.t, along the easterly side of Fourth Street, 200 feet to a
monument and land now or formerly of Kalbert, thence south
82 degrees, 48 minutes, 40 seconds cast, along said last mentioned
land 190 feet to a pipe, thence at right angles, and south 7 degrees,
17 minutes, 30 seconds west on a line parallel with the line
running on the easterly side of Fourth Street, 200 feet to a pipe,
thence north 82 degrees 48 minutes, 40 seconds West, along the
northerly side of Flint Street, if the some were extended easterly
and along the northerly side of Flint Street to the monument set
at the corner a:oresaid at the poirni ur place of beginning; being
and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by deed
dated 28th day of February, 1977 to Walter H. Burden, Jr. and
Margaret Ann Burden, his wife, recorded in the office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 8213, Page 560, and by them
conveyed to Walter H. Burden, III and Jean J. Burden, his wife,
recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 8709,
Page 453.

roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines tfwreof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the firstpart in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the hews or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
