LOT are fifty ( 50 ) feet in width Front and rear, and one hundred

are bounded and described as tollows : Northerly by Washington
Avenue; easterly by Lot No. 58 , souttlerly by land of Village of
Greenport and westerly by Lot No. 56 .
This conveyance is subject to the following restrictions :
That the party of the second part nor his heirs , successors or
assigns of the party of the second part shall use the said
granted premises or permit the sanuo to I,c'! used for the carrying
on of any noxious, dangerous or offensive trade or business.
Nor shall any dwelling be erected on said premises which shall
cost less than $3 , 000 . 00 and no building (Including stoops ,
porches and piazzas ) shall be erected or maintained within 10
feet of the front street line and no stable or garage or other
outbuilding shall be erected on said premises except on the rear
half thereof .
The party of the second part covenants that sewage and
waste matter shall be disposed of in such a manner as not to
contaminate the potable water supply thereon and upon the
adjoining premises.
These covenants shall be taken as covenants running with
the land and binding upon the party of the second part, and his
iheirs, successors or assigns of the palt.y of the second part,
subject however, to the unrestricted riqht of the party of the
first part to alter, amend or annul any of these covenants by
aqreement with any owner of any portion of said property sbown
on said map without the consent of any of the owners of any of
the remaining portions of th � prenli ses shown on said map.
