IT is mutually agreed, and shall run with the land for twenty (20) years, that
the Greenport Harbor waterfront of the premises is restricted to one single-
family residential and no more than one additional single-family residential
dwelling may be constructed on any other portion of the premises. ***
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
of, in and to such portion of Fourth, Brown and Flint Streets as adjoins said
premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
of, in and to the land under water of Greenport Harbor adjoining said premises
on the east including any land under said water adjoining said premises on the
east which may have been conveyed to the party of the first part or her predecessors
in title by the State of New York.
TOGETHER with the right, title and interest, if any, in any and all land adjoining
the above described premises.
*** In the event during said twenty ( 20) year period Walter H. Burden
and Ann M,Burden, owners of adjoining property, sell and convey title
to third r.arties , then and in that event this restriction shall
terminate , Except if such conveyance is made to Mary Mills, Walter H.
Burden, III or 4Jilliam J. Mills, or blood relatives thereof.
