THIS INDENTURE, made this 971'y day of March, 1993, by and
between CARL BOOS and CORINNE BOOS, his wife, whose address is 9015

referred to as Grantors, and CARL F. BOOS, as Trustee, hereinafter
referred to as Trustee of the CARL F. BOOS FAMILY TRUST, whose post

WITNESSETH; Grantors, in consideration of the sum of Ten

TOGETHER WITH all appurtenances, privileges, rights, interest,
