BETWEEN JAMES SLECKMAN and C~T~IY QUIGLEY SLECKMAN, hi~ wife
residing at 105 Astor Avenue, St. James, New York 11780, party of
the first part, and
SUSAM HARLEY, residing at 266 North Country Road, Miller Place, New
York 11764, the party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
Ten ($10.00) dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other
valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does
hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel 6f land with the buildings
and improvements thereof erected, situate, lying and being as
described in Schedule Ao

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of
the party of the first part in and to said premises,
TO ~{AVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party
of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first covenants that the party of the first
part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises
have been encumbered in any why whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of
the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold
the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be
applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvements and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties"
whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and by Lot Numbers 162, 163 and 164 on a certain
map entitled "Hap of Goosed Bay Estates at Southold" and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on November 13, 1934 as Map Number 1176, which lots when taken together are more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly side of Oak Avenue distant 60 feet easterly form the corner formed by
the intersection of the Southerly side of Oak Avenue with the Easterly side of Cedar Avende;
Running thence along the Southerly side of Oak Avenue North 68 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds East 60
feet;
Thence South 21 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds East: 120 feet;
Thence South 68 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds West 60 feet;
Thence North 21 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds West 120 feet to the Southerly side of Oak Avenue, at the
point or place of beginning.
