All that certain lot , piece or parcel of land, with buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in
the Incorporated Village of Greenport , Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as:
BEGINNING at a point at the southeasterly corner of land of
Burt 's Coal, Inc. , on the westerly line of Fourth Street, and
running thence southerly, along the westerly line of Fourth
Street, a distance of 50 feet ; thence westerly, along the
northerly line of land of Lattaro, a distance of 110 feet;
thence northerly, along land of Burt 's Coal, Inc. , a distance
of 50 feet; thence easterly, along land of Burt' s Coal , Inc. ,
a distance of 110 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
