Price Estate; thence along said land, north 14°46'40" east, 50.12 feet to land of White; thence along said land, south 76°54'00" east, 106.92 Block feet to the westerly side of Fifth Avenue; thence along the westerly side of Fifth D4.0 Avenue, south 14°49'00" west, 50,09 feet to the point of beginning.
