WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in end by said last will and
testament,and in consideration of

+ +' ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and
beinginthe Village of Greenport , Town of Southold , County of Suffolk and
� - State of New York , known as 433 Fifth Street , Greenport , and being
more particularly bounded and described as follows :
' BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly line of Fifth Street 241.84 feet southerly
c5balong said westerly line from Wiggins Street; from said point of beginning running
along said westerly line of Fifth Street South 06° 55' 00 West 32.72 feet to an
�$•� iron bolt; Thence along land of Picozzi two courses and distances as follows: 1.
parallel to and 10.0 feet northerly from the northerly boundary of the Long Island
Railroad South 84° 11 ' 40" West, 114.32 feet to an iron pipe; thence, 2. North 02°
11 ' 20" West 49.50 feet to a monument; Thence along land of Mazzaferro, South 87°
24' 10" East 119.67 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Decedent is the same person as the grantee Jack Kamaiko in the deed dated January 29,
1977 recorded 2/4/77 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 8186 page 174
wherein grantee owned a fifty (50%) per cent interest with his son Paul Kamaiko as
tenants in common.
Decedent's ownership is hereby transferred by his executrix to Emmagene Kamaiko as
sole berieticiary under the Will. �'-
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the f rst part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate
which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the
party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of,whether individually,or by virtue of said will or other-
wise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this coveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the pay-
ment of the cost of the improvement before using any par: of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above written.
