paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk .and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Second Street, distant 50 feet
southerly from Webb Street, as measured along the easterly side of Second
Street, from which point is also the southwesterly turner of land now or
formerly of Brandi; running thence north 830 07' 30" east, along the
southerly side of land of Brandi, 149.55 feet to a monument and land now
or formerly of Horton; thence south 70 18' 20" east, along the westerly
side of land of Horton, 49.94 feet to land of Perham or Fordham; running
thence south 830 06' 00" west along the northerly side of said land

Clerk's office at Liber 6648 p. 104 on October 28, 1969.
