C� BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the southerly side of Mason Drive distant 75.34 feet
westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the said southerly side of Mason Drive
with the westerly side of Broadwaters drive;
CNI RUNNING thence south 12 degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds east 274 feet to the highwater
� mark of Haywaters Cove along land now or formerly of Wyedan;
R-4 THENCE along the said highwater mark of Haywaters Cove along a tie line having a
