THE party of the first part, Margaret Gebhardt, hereby
' a reserves unto herself an exclusive Life Estate in the entire
second floor and stairway leading thereto in the residence on
the above described premises for all purposes including the
sole use, occupation and profits of the second floor and
stairway of said premises and shall have the control of it for
and during her natural life. The said party of the first part
sole obligation in connection with the said premises is
limited to paying for her electricity and telephone servi .e
for the second floor. This provision shall run with the land
and be binding upon the parties, their representatives,
successors and/or assigns.
