roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby

W I T N E S S E T H
That the first party of the first part, in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10. 00) , lawful money of the United States, and other
good and valuable consideration, paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN UNIT OF REAL PROPERTY, with the improvements
therein contained, situate and being a part of a Condominium in the
Inc. Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Unit No. 21 together
with a 1/34 undivided fractional interest in the common elements
of the Condominium hereinafter described as the same is defined in
The Declaration of Condominium hereinafter referred to.
The real property above described is a Unit shown on the plans
of a Condominium prepared and certified and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 10th day of November,
1986, as Map No. 146 defined in the Declaration of Condominium
entitled Oyster Point Condominium by Oyster Point Associates under
Article 9-B of the New York Real property Law dated October 8 , 1986
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
